Hi i did review your condition.
Your mild anemia can be explained by either iron deficiency or some mild thalassemic hemoglobinopathy that you probably had from birth undiagnosed and many people have this or due to chronic inflammation if you are also having fever or joint pains and some chronic illness for long time apart from diabetes. If you are above 50 years i would recommend to do iron studies and then get a stool test done for occult blood as bowel is most common site of bleeding and iron deficiency anemia in adults.
Lymphocytosis need to be analyzed.it can be due to recent viral infection or bacterial infection like typhoid illness. However, if they persist on a second blood count after 1 month i will advice you to get them analyzed by a hematopathologist.
I hope this helps
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Wish you all the best.
